Great unit in perfect location

We stayed in the unit during the Christmas holidays at 2015 and found it ideal for the little family or couple.

Firstly, you get everything you see at the pictures: relatively new and perfectly working appliances and furniture. The unit is equipped with all stuff you'd expect on your own kitchen\bathroom including all kind of powders, spices, tea\coffee etc. the bottle of fresh milk and cold wine were especially nice.

Secondly, the location is perfect: the beach and cafe's are in 10-15 min walk (among the river). Tram stop to Adelaide CBD is also nearby. Personally I was little bit concern about airport proximity but no issues there at all (planes were surprisingly quiet and not many of them, zero at nights). The area is nice and the neighbours are also quite and friendly.

Thirdly, of course the value of money is great!

Dolores is very welcoming person, passionate about the things she's doing and really easy to deal with.

Overall, highly recommend!

Clean, quiet and convenient, it has it all

We spent four nights in this Glenelg North unit and couldn't have found a nicer, more convenient place to stay. The owner, Dolores, has ensured that everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. It's an easy walk into Glenelg shopping precinct and there is a great Greek restaurant only meters away. I hope the unit is available next time we come to Adelaide. Thanks Dolores.

Good value for money flat in good location

My wife and I stayed 5 nights in Delores' flat and we really enjoyed our stay. The flat has everything you could need for your stay.....a really well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and large fridge etc., comfortable bedroom with heaps of hanging space and a large bathroom/ laundry with washing machine. The flat is within walking distance of Glenelg Beach, Jetty Rd etc. so it is ideal for a beach holiday or for touring Adelaide and its surrounds. Good value for money!

We really felt at home in this lovely unit. My kids keep asking me to go there again. So close to the airport, and accessible to vital areas through public transport.

Dolores, the owner, makes you feel you're family at the first glance. Even before we arrived she was so considerate and thought of so many things that we would need on our stay. She even has toys and CDs for the kids to watch which kept them busy and happy all the time. The place is clean and well maintained, kitchen is fully equipped and she has even kept coffee, sugar, tea & milk!!

We'd love to return there one day!

Excellent property and location !!!

I had a great stay. The unit was very comfortable with everything I needed to relax, cook healthy meals and study. Loved the location and enjoyed morning jogs along the river followed by a dip in the sea. Evening walks along the beach and watching the sunset was amazing. I parked the car and walked everywhere for my entire stay.

Great unit and almost fully wheelchair accessible!

This unit was the perfect little holiday place! Great location in Glenelg and close to everything, minus the noise! It had all we needed and made our stay comfortable and easy.

My partner is in a wheelchair and had no trouble getting around the unit. He could access the bathroom no problems and use the kitchen. The only issue was the shower. The space between the toilet and shower screen is narrow, but with 2 transfers (toilet and a chair) he was able to transfer on to the shower seat that Dolores provided. Whilst not perfect, he could manage for a few days. We were excited to have found somewhere accessible and were happy to make this work.

Dolores was helpful, friendly and accommodating. We were very happy.

You won't miss your own home

We had the pleasure of spending 4 nights at this lovely home in November 2014. Well equipped, very clean and a perfect location, and most wonderful of all Dolores was the perfect host, ensuring that we were comfortable and providing every little thing to make us feel at completely at home
